FECQ president protests own nomination meeting

Student leader Léo Bureau-Blouin protested outside a Parti québéqois press conference where Pauline Marois was announcing that Léo Bureau Blouin would be the PQ candidate in Laval-des-Rapides.

President of the Fédération étudiante collégiale du Québec (FUCK), Bureau-Blouin and his fellow students protested the co-opting of the student unions by political parties trying to capitalize on the protests for their own partisan gains.

After the protest, Bureau-Blouin rand back inside the press conference hall to answer reporters' questions as PQ candidate.

He told the gathering that he planned to finance his student debt by obtaining an $86,000 MNA salary plus a $15,000 expense account.  He told reporters that he would be continuing his studies part-time as an MNA, especially political science so that he can learn why the protests he led were so counterproductive to his cause.

At the end of the press conference, Bureau-Blouin wewnt back outside and joined the demonstration to protest against the answers that he gave reporters.
