PQ promises assistance for autonomous living, for all Quebecers since Plains of Abraham)

The Parti Quebecois made a new campaign promise today: a plan for "autonomy insurance" for those Quebecers who lose their ability to live independently.  Pauline Marois said that this program would apply to all Quebecers, since they lost their autonomy at the Battle of the Plains of Abraham in 1759.

The PQ stated that the program will assist Quebecers with rehabilitation for those who temporarily lose physical functions, will provide more home visits for elderly patients who wish to remain in their own homes, and a referendum on sovereignty in 2015 so that all Quebecers can live independently.
