Couillard wants constitutional change, as long as consitution not changed

LAVAL-DES-RAPIDES -- Liberal Leader Philippe Couillard confirmed his commitment to constitutional change, as long as it did not lead to a change in the Canadian constitution.

"Yes, it would be ideal if we could reform the constitution, but we don't want it reform," said Couillard, causing sharp pains in the brains of passers-by.

When asked to clarify, Couillard suggested "The constitution could spontaneously reform itself, or space-time could be ruptured so that we all started living in an alternate reality with a different constitution."

Couillard's advisers were later seen crying.
