Poll shows CAQ gaining among left-handed Lutherans

GATINEAU -- A new partially-released poll by Coalition Avenir Québec shows the party having gained nine points since the TVA debate amongst left-handed Lutherans.

Lutherans, which make up 0.14% of the total Québec population, have been reluctant to embrace the CAQ due to its support for the ban on religious symbols in the public service.  However, the 17-word extract of a of a private poll for CAQ and distributed to the media shows that left-handed Lutherans seem to have been impressed by CAQ leader Francois Legault's performance during the campaign.

"Left-handed Lutherans are starting the wave to the Coalition," said Legault.  "If we can get right-handed Lutherans to embrace our cause in the next six days, then all of Québec will follow."
