HOCHELAGA-MAISONNEUVE -- a new poll released today shows that most Quebecers find Anarchopanda, candidate for the Parti nul in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, to be the most trustworthy candidate on the economic and healthcare files.
39% of those polled called Anarchopanda had the most trustworthy platform on healthcare, far ahead of Pauline Marois at 23%, Philippe Couillard at 19%, Francois Legault at 10% and Francoise David at 9%. 38% of respondents felt that Anarchopanda the most trustworthy candidate on the economy, followed by Philippe Couillard at 26%, Pauline Marois at 25%, Francois Legault at 14% and Francoise David at -3%.
"This poll shows that most people believe that a policeman-hugging hippie in a panda suit has far more credibility than any other leader," said Gilbert Dionne of Grozbec Research, which conducted the poll. "Whether that credibility turns into votes, we'll see."
The poll was conducted online. A Nigerian prince who uses respondents' bank accounts to move money into the United States said that such methodology has a margin of error of 3%, 19 times out of 20.
